Zack Zero is a PSN exclusive which was released not long ago and we thought it might be interesting to show you the game in action and tell you what we thought about it. This new platformer may not stand out at first glance, but the powers of the main character, the puzzles and the different combos available make it quite a pleasant title to play. If all you are looking for in a game is a great story, then it's probably best to forget about Zack Zero. Indeed, the first title of Spanish developer Crocodile Entertainment keeps it pretty simple. Artistically speaking though, they have undoubtedly done a very good job as their game will probably remind you of beauties such as Trine and LittleBigPlanet. So yes, there is some kind of family tie when it comes to visuals, but that's not all actually. Indeed, Zack Zero also share a few gameplay mechanics.
The different powers you possess allow to solve puzzles, all of them offering more or less variety. Moreover, like in LBP, there are several planes of depth on the side-scrolling screen, and quite similarly to Media Molecule's game, this is where the controls lack precision. The fact that the character sometimes glides on his own from one plane of depth to another does not help either. That being said, it's all manageable and overall the controls respond well so gameplay is not affected in the end. In a nutshell, Zack Zero is definitely worth a look if you are into side-scrolling games, and though it's not perfect, it is still fun to play.
Crocodile Entertainment studios, founded by Carlos Abril and Alberto Moreno, creators of games like Premier Manager 97, present Zack Zero, their first development for PSN.

lmao, funny s**t... trow effects like a dumb bastard child just for the sake of it and call it AAA. Just the DOF creates a horrible look on the game. Oh Trine, why can't devs dream to be as good as your tech and superior superior superior art?
But hey, maybe it's fun to play? I have no idea.
