I never understood why MS went away from Faceplates so much, and pretty early on too. I think its a great way to differinciate itself from the comp hardware wise as an nice added feature that if pushed and marketed right, COULD create a nice incentive for gamers. You'd figure they would pack these things in with every pre-order or special edition sold.
