X06: Fifa 2007 gameplay

SnakeX just finished the last video for tonight: Fifa 2007. The colors are quite off, sorry. It was very difficult to film during the first night.

Looking tight. Ball physics were impressive. Maybe I might finally actually play a football game, FIFA has always put me off, so simple. This seems to take some skill. What I hated about FIFA 06 was the demo in my gameshop and the bloom effect was so much I could barely see the rest of the pitch. Sh!t game that was. Thanks SnakeX so much!!!

Absolutely incredible... look at how the way they react to the ball is always dependant on how the ball comes at them.

The ball doesn't just come and stick to them like some magnet.

Can't wait for this game to come out.. I need to buy NBA 2k7 and enchant arms as well.

Looks really good, ball physics are great. Goalies were acting a little akward though, I also found that the AI was not that great (look at the non-player-controlled defenders)

Well, still hard to tell from a video, we'll see when the Demo arrives...

i'm a die hard we/pes fan, but this looks really good. also, i must say that pes6 gameplay looks just like last gen. i'll wait to play them both before i make my judgements though.

About the game

What's up?
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX And plenty of those examples are online PVP games too. Quake Champions probably isn't one of them :D (38 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX @MrWhite: No, not really. There are loads of examples of games with microtransactions that don't influence the game design or pollute the basic user experience. (39 minutes ago)
  • MrWhite
MrWhite Could you imagine back when arena shooters like Q3A were very popular, and the cunts introduced pay to win bollocks like EA, 2k, Activision et al are doing? Imagine what that would have done. (3 Hours ago)
  • MrWhite
MrWhite meanwhile on the other end, some kid who just bought the game is playing as Wigan, but they're playing like Real Madrid and giving your superstars a tanking. Time to dip into your pocket to buy packs (3 Hours ago)
  • MrWhite
MrWhite Online play is so heavily scripted, your team inexplicably feels like a bunch of fat pub players in a sunday league side, and you're supposed to be in control of world class athletes (3 Hours ago)
  • MrWhite
MrWhite I mean, if you look at Fifa online, I've been saying for years that thing is a fix and my mates looked at me like I was mental. (3 Hours ago)
  • MrWhite
MrWhite @GriftGFX: But you know it will in some shape or form. It hurts the game by default just by being there in the same way microtransactions and all that other shite does. (3 Hours ago)
