The designers at Liverpool Studio could make Jackie Stallone look like Alicia Keys with there artistry, simply gorgeous and some of the vehicles in the original HD where far from appealing but the re-models makes everything look even more beautiful.
Custom sound track FTW...Chase and status; Hurt you and B complex; beautiful lies. :D This game rocks so much...I need more practice I'm so rusty. The game looks so eye bleeding beautiful how they made it look better than HD is BEYOND me.
Downloading this later, it seems to have a huge amount of content for an upgrade, almost as much as the original title. Looks as if the best downloadable hover racer just got even better.

I totally agree. I have been busy play HD all week, trying to finish the game before Fury came out, and loving ever minute of it. But HD has been put aside for Fury. Fury is an amazing looking game, so much detail and colour.
The Wipeout series has always been one of my favourites, and Sony has done a great job with this new update.
I just hope it sells in enough numbers to justify a proper sequel.
Love the vibrant glowing colours, reminds me of the Tron game a few years back. Although Tron never had the nice curvy shapes WipeOut has in it's track and scenery design, which makes WO look more organic, very cool. The first video that is, the second loses the Tron feeling :)
the new modes are so fun that shooting gallery zone mode is awesome then the reaching a points score first by causing the most damage, again is epic and new tracks, vehicles, music and it's so cheap awesome awesome awesome
excellent work DJ. i'd like to race you some time online. that 2nd video made me literally fall off my chair... too much awesomeness. i NEED to get this fury update ASAP.
I bought the Fury expac right when it came out (USA). It's a great addition.
You can tell they tried to push the performance more because there are times in the Fury maps that dip under 60fps.
Considering overall quality of the expac, not to mention the game itself, that's not an issue at all. :)
