First 10 minutes PC Xbox 360 PS3

After a pretty good Transformers: War for Cybertron, developer High Moon Studios is back with a new orignal title which is thankfully not a movie tie-in. Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is actually the sequel to War for Cybertron and it tells the story of the last 6 days the Autobots and the Decepticons spent on their home planet before leaving for a better world. If you are a big fan of the animated series, you will most certainly love the game as it's very faithful to it. The graphics are also solid, the framerate steady on 360 (the PS3 version is said to be plagued with technical issues though) and there's a lot more variety gameplay-wise. If our videos aren't enough, you can check the trial version of the game on Xbox Live and SEN.

Liking these character designs a whole lot more than those in the recent films. Angular Heads FTW!

OT: I got the game today, and it's awe-some! Still, too bad they stripped some of the multiplayer functions of the first game. Like: multiple abillities, advanced color choosing, specific Autobot/Decepticon characters. But anyhow, it's a good game nonetheless!

How about some PC videos of this game? there is a PC version right? if so did they try to weasel in some DirectX 11 check list features and physics along with the standard 60 frames per second?

Its very interesting that they are finally moving away from the live action movie Transformers and back to something that more closely resembles the old animated series even if its not the same (so happy I bought the Takara made Transformers Tataki on PS2 years ago)

Even better is that they finally focused more on single player than on all that multiplayer mess... I really don't believe that despite all the trannie fans out there that they are just going to skip playing their precious Call of Duty over Transformers... althought funny enough much of the single player set pieces do scream Call of Duty but in a third person with transformers kind of way lol

Same problem, we weren't sent any PC version and no one in the team bought it for himself. So we're stuck here, although we would have loved to be able to show you all the different versions of the game. From what I've heard, the game runs at 60 fps this time, but there is no DirectX 11 features whatsoever, the graphics options are even minimal. It's just a sharper looking version than the console versions.

Ok then... I guess they went the simple route it makes sense in a way... Transformers is not as big as Batman although I really would have loved seeing Physics and Dx11 duck taped on.

Still this Transformers game seems interesting to me, I would like to try it out but right now I can't, too busy playing Call... erm just kidding lol I missed out on some games I wanted to buy so this game is somewhere at the bottom of the list and still trying to finish older purchased games... maybe they will have this on sale come black friday or better yet I'll just get a Wii U version.
