The 1.03 version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is finally available on Xbox One, with the promise of a locked framerate. And did CD Projekt Red deliver? According to our first comparison video, they absolutely did! More videos to come, but this one certain shows how important a locked framerate is compared to a higher but unlocked one!
Update 2: Two Velen videos added.
Update 3: Swamp video analysis shows that the game can't hold a steady 30 fps in this demanding area of the world.
Update 3: Two last analysis videos added. They show different situations and areas in the game.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong lol
Some folks on NeoGAF said the same about the PS4 version with the latest patch last week. I never really see these differences...if there are any. What i DO see is a much smoother framerate when i was playing this evening on my X1. Still some stutters here and there though, but CDPR is on it they said.
Another comment above also answered this very well, but to me its always gameplay that impacts the flow of the game.
But I think its great your even doing this, keep up the good work.

Update: Oh oops, I spoke to soon, I see you actually have added some new videos. Thank you and sorry for the accusations.
Unlocked = no vsync
Both have circumstantial advantages and disadvantages. Plenty of info on the net about each.
how can i see the older videos? thanks ^^
I won't speculate as to why they were deleted, but it sucks I won't be able to get the excellent "Sword of Destiny" trailer from E3 2014 and the E3 2013 trailer in high quality.
This is why I hoard videos, even though I have almost 1 TB of space just of videos. Oh well, we will always have Youtube...
Somehow, that doesn't console me, though.
You're quite right, no idea why I didn't think of that as well. I'm going to send Blim a message to see if he can fix it. I also found out that I do have the old The Witcher 3 trailers saved in a folder. My brain wasn't working at the time. ^_^;
