The Dark Pictures - Man of Medan, the first narrative-focused horror game from an anthology series developed by Supermassive Games will be out on August 30 has announced Bandai Namco. Pre-orders will grant access (after completing the game once) to the Curator's Cut, which offer new perspective, options and choices.

A second opinion (from a friend that owns the game) also says If the frame rate in Dark Pictures plays closer to the rate of Until Dawn it will feel a lot like it. I guess that might be the better answer.

i guess some gamers have forgotten. not all of Until Dawn's animations were perfect either.
had not UE4 and other platforms been listed by supermasive, fans would have looked at Dark Pictures as a upgrade spin-off to Until Dawn. just read the comments to hidden agenda....
what the hell is going on with the sound? The voices don’t sound like they’re in the environments they’re supposes to be in acoustically. It’s all really flat like they’ve just used it raw out of the sound booth. I’m going to assume it’s just early footage?
