The combat system still looks kinda simple, especially for the main character.

The camera work is impressive, very cinematic, in battle and in cutcenes, very good. The game looks really good too, maybe not the best looking RPG from what we've seen in the works (FFXIII) but definitily the best looking one coming anytime soon, very good.

I hope the story is good, the characters seem interesting. The battle music, man that's some classic stuff, really good.

Some very good facial and body animations there.

I quite honestly think it looks rather lacking in spirit. Everything looks boring. I don't know...also i don't like the characters at all. It all just looks stiff and lifeless.

I can't say that i ever expected much from this game (i dislike j-rpgs in general) and this clip just bolsters my thought of this game being mediocre. I really don't understand why people say that this game looks great.

Really hope this is good. JRPGS have been one let down after another for a LONG while for me.

Looks nice graphically, don't like the Picture in picture, animations look wrong at times, and the gameplay seems straight out of FFX (with the exception of that circle accuracy meter thing). Though FFX gameplay was good. :)

I got bored watching the trailer, it looks a bit like enchanted arms, burt better...but then I havent finished enchanted arms yet, so I wont be getting this...I also have blue dragion sat on the shelf, and I am yet to play it for more than an hour, even though I really want to! I simply can't find the time for RPG's...it takes too long to ever get anywhere in them.

Why do you keep buying them then? :D

to barnard i think rpgs are way to short now, only MMO seem to be proper rpgs at minute (assuming you play on RP server)

WOW! That was a great video. I liked how his run animation changed in the heavy rain. The camera angles are fantastic in battle too! This game is the kind of Jrpg 360 owners need like yesterday! It's shaping up to be a beautiful looking game, and a worthy Final fantasy rival. After seeing this I don't really care much for an FF game on a 360 anymore.

Well, anyone who liked the game before, sure will love it now. This is what most of the people expected, right? I pretty much did, and I love the game even more after this fantastic presentation.

HAHA! He died! The video was great but I don't get the accuracy ring. What were you trying to time there? It didn't seem to make a big difference in the damage delt if you got a perfect or bad. Does anyone know if this is from early in the game or midddle point?
