This is a solid developer with a very hands on creator. Comparing this to that shitty Family Guy game just because they're both similar licenses is hardly fair.
Just look at Heavy Iron's portfolio. That was a simple and quick cash grab. This looks good.

Other than that there's a pretty big differences in the artstyle. Obsidian try to do the animations just like they would in the show, so it feels like you are playing an episode. That's what i like about it.
Unlike any other Simpsons, Family guy, whatever game. Not a stupid 3D "PS2-like" world.
Edit: I'm just hoping they won't have a cutscene every chance they get.
