It seems orcs stay dead after killing them, which is damn good because this became tiresome in the first one for me. A few times was cool, but they kept returning from the dead and after a while i was like ''fucking stay dead already.'' and basically just ignoring him from there on. This does look really good though and once again they nail the orcs, i love their orcs.

Looks good. The first one was a surprise to me, so I am happy they have doubled down and expanded on the nemesis system.

Other than the dragon's flight animations, which looked janky to be honest, everything else I saw looked very good. I really liked the first game, and while it was easy for the most part, sometimes it got really hard. With me dying over and over at times in the same location trying to accomplish a goal.

Still, I remember replaying it again last year just for kicks and was at the beginning of the game, without acquiring any new skill and I was still able to fight 100+ enemies, including many chiefs and captains for over 1 hour without dying once. And I was just fooling around to see how long I could survive like that, but after almost 2 hours without dying and new enemies never stopping showing up, I just got bored and quit.

Once you get half of all skills available, you're basically unstoppable. And the boss fights were very easy. I would hope the game is much harder, but after watching this video, the game became much more easier with all these new and very powerful abilities - like being able to teleport an archer to your location for a finisher, have Celebrimbor do additional finishers while you do yours, and so on.

I really, really hope they have a very high difficulty setting, because otherwise I fear after a while you will go through the game without any challenge whatsoever, and that almost always leads to boredom.

Weirdly this doesn't look as nice as i was expecting for a sequel that has cut it's ties with the previous gen.

There are some graphical upgrades but its very clear that most resources went into the Nemesis system and gameplay mechanics. Also the scope of the game is much bigger.

Yep, once you got all abilities and learn the Nemesis system the game was super easy and very easily exploitable. I still liked the game though, I really hope there will be a hard mode.

Agreed. I think it looks great visually, especially considering the amount of action going on, large number of NPCs & different A.I. on screen at once. Also, this is an Alpha build, closer to release when we get more footage and info I believe we'll have a more accurate idea what improvements they have made, visual included.
