First 10 minutes PS4 Xbox One

DmC Devil May Cry Definitive Edition was just released on Xbox One and PS4 and our good friends at the Xbox Network have been kind enough to send us a copy of the Xbox One version. The new 1080p resolution and increased 60 fps framerate are a welcome addition and if you're into beat them ups and have never played this excellent game, you should not hesitate. If you don't believe us, check out our videos inside.

This is just a re-release of a 2 year old game for "next-gen consoles" with some gameplay "improvements/tweaks" No texture, lighting or visual effects improvements. You can play the original game now in 1080p@60fps on your PC if your GPU is up to it (does not take much).
Granted if you haven't played this game yet and you don't have a gaming PC then you may want to pick it up. Personally I am waiting for the DMC4 SE, better game both visually and gameplay wise in my opinion.

I am into action games (beat em ups) i didnt hesitate playing it when it came out, was way below average, hated most of the things going for it.

I will just wait for a new God of War and Ninja Gaiden game.

meh, I just can't play as a emo-fake-Dante. I've had this game (on my PS3) as a Playstation Plus download, and I still can't force myself to play it. I will play the remastered Devil May Cry 4 though, because it actually has the REAL Dante, plus Nero was kind of cool. It was one of the first games I've played on my then new PS3.

Nero had only ONE good thing going for him, reving up his sword, timing that stuff during your combos, maxing it out even, oh yeah!
But even DMC4 sucks ass, repetitive levels and bosses, its shit. Go forward as Nero, go backwards as Dante *sigh*

they didn't plan for 4K or 6K (yes their is such a thing now, look how you can't keep up with the Jonseseseseses :p)

DMC4 is pretty much only bloody palace for me. If that mode wasn't included would have been a disappointment. Have many hours logged into this.

Already have enough of it, so don't plan supporting that remaster.
