After LittleBigPlanet Karting, Sony is once again trying to encroach on Nintendo's territory with PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. We couldn't capture the PS Vita version because the person in charge of the French review does not have any capture equipment but he got you some images proving the game looks really nice. As for me, I was able to record some gameplay footage of the PS3 version for you guys so you can see what this Smash Bros Brawl lookalike has in store for you. Graphically and musically speaking, Sony's title is a pleasant surprise, but it's a shame there's not more depth in the gameplay department. The single player content is not really exciting, as unlockables aren't really interesting, but Multiplayer (local or online) is fun, and online play was smooth during our sessions. To sum up, if you have friends and no Wii to turn to, then maybe PS All-Stars will do it for you for lack of better alternatives.
