Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is finally available on Playstation 3 and we can propose a few videos of my early steps in this new adventure. Considering that they had to stop selling the game in Japan for fear of overloading the servers, this 2.0 version of Square-Enix's MMo is a big success there. After the awful first relase on PC 3 years ago, Final Fantasy XIV is back and it's is worth checking out. I am not very familiar with the MMO genre but as a fan of the franchise, I have found it pretty interesting to play. If you want to see more videos, let me know as i have progressed in the adventure and have more to share with you guys. All you have to do is ask nicely.
Update : Advanced fights video added, during a Duty party mission.

This game, like a very small few, scares me. Minus the issues I'm hearing about signing in - almost everyone I know that's a FF fan and have this game are saying that's its great (when it works).

That sounds good but if I were to start something like this I feel like I would loose all sense of the Space Time Continuum

I played the last FF 14 beta and it is the only MMORPG that has me excited in a looooonngg time. I enjoyed what I played, got to lvl 15. The last MMO I played seriously was City of Heroes. Tried a ton of them afterwards but none grabbed me like Star Wars Galaxies or City of Heroes.
