Hudson and Natsume were gentle enough to reveal a little bit more details about their shmup Omega Five with the help of images devoted to the heroin Ruby. I really appreciate the colors technique, divided among hot and cold to create a splendid union. The gameplay also seems to be a climax in this Xbox Live Arcade title.

Impressive gfx for XBLA. Gameplay looks devoted more to Crystal meth than to heroin Ruby, nudge nudge. Characters are rather large compared to side-scrollers of yore. Modern game design stresses "recognizability" or "identifiability" so much, I reckon.

This has me reminded of Forgotten worlds, only with blinding graphics, and I like it.

Suddenly interested in games again.
