Page 1 2 >>Fight some little enemies in real time, then do some stuntwork using QTE's, fight a huge boss (by always doing the same routine), kill him off by some QTE's.
More videos to come...
A lot will love this, but I think it's crap. It's like the game takes itself so seriously, but it's completely over the top. And am I mistaken that the game is a repitition like this:
Fight some little enemies in real time, then do some stuntwork using QTE's, fight a huge boss (by always doing the same routine), kill him off by some QTE's.
You just described God Of War as well.
I know, but I didn't want to mention that because I would be assassinated ;o)
Anyway, I think it looks brilliant, certainly not a AAA title but like DJmizuhara said, it's a game that doesnt take itself too seriously. Besides, I think technically speaking, it's quite impressive!
Cant wait for this to make its way to europe.
PS: anyone can tell us if its region free please ? It's all in English so if it's region free I'll just import from Japan.
Oh so it's Ok to slam Ninja Blade and not God of War ...hmmm
The whole game is in English...menus, voice acting the lot, so no worries about not understanding the story. But I've no idea if it's region free, I've only got a Japanese machine. Sorry I can't help you out!
I'm gonna wait for the Asian release of Ninja Blade and import that, cause it comes out around the same time as SF4. And I have a Japanese Xbox 360.
You just described God Of War as well.
and what about the outfit? can you choose different outfits or is this a bonus outfit?
as for the costume, it looks like the tutorial, so im guessing its just what he wears in this section....kinda like ninja gaiden where he only wears his iconic leather digs after the first level.
Hm does this game just have one environment or? :P All the videos and screens seems to come from the same level... so, is there any environments that look different visually?
This just doesn't have that stupid ambition in the first place and just looks to be a really slick action game from people that more than proved themselves with the equally no frills-but-slick Otogi games for the Xbox.
The only complaint I have is related to Otogi in fact - this just seems kinda old hat in comparison to the beauty of Raikoh's endeavours.
God of War is a very good, above average action game with the problem of being vastly overhyped. It looks like Ninja Blade will also be a very good, above average action game, but thankfully, nobody is overhyping it.

The whole game is set in Tokyo...so far and up to the third stage it's set in the city, I' couldn't really tell you if the environments change but I'm pretty sure the environments will change because the infection is spreading through the Tokyo area.
That sort of sucks actually. Most likely we'll see the same background the whole time, but I guess we'll see.
