Ah, ok. My impressions from the videos:
a)gameplay seems solid
b)graphics are great
c)voice acting sucks

where are you getting voice acting sucks, this is the best voice will get in english for naruto....but i guess you one those who watch japanses versions

I think the jap market is going to go ape shit for this game. If anything is going to shift 360's out there its going to be this. I have never even seen an episode of this show but i wan this game lol That say alot for he design and gameplay :)

im a shippuuden fan, but this game looks VERY boring imho, cause its only collecting and do simple stuff.... what about a REAL story with lotsa fighting?... i guess i wont find THAT here.. too sad

It really says something about the 360's position in Japan if the costs of localization and marketing outweigh any possible profit from sales! What MS needs to do next time is create - original - experiences instead of borrowing ideas from Sony and Nintendo, and they might be able to move more consoles. Dead Rising was a step in the right direction, but the game was rated for adults only.

after watching those vids unless ubi isn't showing all the eggs in the basket, the platform/adventure/exploration part of the game looks generic. i hope they's more to it

What are you talking about, the game follows the first 80 episodes of the series. Was there not story there either?

There is a real story (up to the end of the exam) and fighting, we just aren't allowed to show the interesting stuff just yet.

I knew Ubisoft would deliver the goods. This could quite possibily be the best anime game yet and will easily put the horrid Japanese Naruto games to shame.
Can't wait to get my hands on this. :)

Is there any way (in this preview build) to set up subtitled japanese voices ? Game looks nice from what I see but the english voices sort of ruin everything :s

If anything Sony has been the one stealing idea's From MS and Nintento.

It's clear the Sony are not leading this generation in any capacity, you need to stop with you constant 360 hate, it's becoming boring.

This has little to do with MS as its not a first party title anyway, if you are feeling bitter about it not being released in Japan then blame the Japanese for not supporting a great console in the first place.

I love Japanese games and Japan in general, but MS have tried their best in Japan this much I know.

It really doesn't matter either as Japan will be getting a Naruto game for the PS3 soon.

you think releaseing the odd typical JRPG (blue dragon etc) is trying their best. as much as i agree that synce did come across as a bit of a hater then. it is pretty much the truth. the 360 is a very much a western console...thats including the games. its all geared towards FPS and racing fans. with little else in between. something the eastern market arnt particularly fond of. its almost as if MS just dont care about the japanese market. but honestly, considering the very small amount of love MS have felt from that region, its understandable.

this game looks great visually tho. gamplay im still a bit on the fence.

Korn dog MS have tried there best to take Japan thats a given, yes the ads sucked, but they gave them the machine at a steal and the 360 has MORE to offer the japanese in terms of japanese games than the PS3 has last i checked
