Please don't mess this one up!
So wait, does this mean that there's a third person cover mechanic in there (especially looking at you, picture three)?
So wait, does this mean that there's a third person cover mechanic in there (especially looking at you, picture three)? Or do they just wanna show up the Craig model?
It gives you the option to go in with guns blazing or taking the smarter route by be stealthy and using your gadgets to even the odds. We all know that 007 does have shoot outs but uses his brains and gadgets to even the odds.
If it's as good as The Bourne Conspiracy (Bond begins to act like Jason Bourne in the last movie) or better, I'm surely going to pick this one up.
It'd better not be like the Bourne Conspiracy...horrible "game" (read: "interactive cutscene")!
It has a lot of interactive cutscenes, but I still think it is a great game. It's realy fast, full of adrenalin and the interactive cutscenes keep you on the top of your toes. And the hand-to-hand combat is really addictive. And it's that part I would like to see in the bond game.
I myself still find myself reminissing about games like the James Bond ones. Games where you go from one exotic place to the other. Finding yourself in these massive nuclear plants and other typical "James Bond environments" fighting you're way through with gadgets and stuff. Just pure awesomeness!
Activision? Ah, this might end up sucking hard.
Considering that the new Bond movies are directly inspired from Bourne films. They could just get the High Moon dudes to do this, to get the intense hand-to-hand combat.
made by the same people that made CoD3 and the spider-man games.. the only hope this game has is that they manage to use the CoD4 engine properly, but i wish Activision would have given this project to IW instead
It looks like your average (emphasis on AVERAGE) fps/tps with a little "James Bond" sauce sprinkled on top. What a letdown... :(
