Could the screens be any more jagged?

Lighting looks nice, as does trackside blur, but graphics nowhere near as smooth-looking as FM3 or GT. Needs AA like Lindsey Lohan needs cock...

As for the game, it looks to be a great addition to the other awesome racing games coming soon (Dirt 2 and Forza 3 mainly for me)! Personally I know I will play forza 3 most of these 3, but that is only because that´s more my type of game than having anything to do with quality.

Great year to be a racing game enthusiast! If only GT 5 would come soon too, I would never leave home ^__^

...And even if I did I can just play GT on PSP :P

track fidelity is great, but the cars do suffer a bit compared to the Pokemon racers like Forza/GT. When we think the game is 30fps, we want'em atleast to focus better on other aspects, like great damage and physics atleats. i'll wait for the gameplay videos.

I have to hand it to them,
They appear to be actual in game screenshots, complete with 4xAA and some very very clever motion blur (using some sneaky dithering it seems)

Considering their main competitors are releasing purely photo mode screenshots this is very brave and deserves to be commended. Even though some will no doubt react because of the (comparative) lack of AA.

It has a very natural and realistic look. The other screens however, not so much.

I couldn't careless how good the game looks, i like to see how it runs and how it feels.

No Other car game feels as good as GT5P.

I'm honestly not interested in the photomode screenshots from Forza 3, but I am interested in the game itself. The screenshots from Need for speed shift look more interesting to me because I think they are real ingame screenshots. But I still want to see it in action (like in the dirt 2 video's: a full lap of gameplay). Anyhow: it's a great year for race fans. And there aren't many AAA titles left for 2009 (AC2, COD: MW2, Uncharted 2 and Borderlands and that's about it for me)

The game looks decent, but i'm sure it will play like the rest which isnt exactly a good thing.Hahaha Hilarious!!

I do like though that they have big enough balls to post stuff that isnt from some kind of photomode so that you can actually see how the game will look while driving. And it does look quite good but when it comes to the NFS-series i just dont dare to put my money out there until i can try a demo.

dinglegerry- that's what the SDF tells themselves to make themselves feel better. They think that just because you don't spin out of control with assists off means it's not a sim. I think ISR said it best with respect to GT and Forza- GT is a driving sim, and Forza is a RACING sim...
