When they first announced DoA5 i was like 'Meh... Who needs another DoA 4 that's got written a 5 on it like Soul Calbur ?' but the more characters they show off the more i want it. The stages are a bit over the top for my tastes though (and some few are really bad imo)...

DoA4 looked stunning at its release imo

this looks... hmm mediocre (for a 2012-game) imo, probably suffers of being developed on 360 AND ps3 this time

Thats a strange reaction, as its clearly leaps and bounds better looking than DOA4 and arguably the best looking fighter anywhere.

If the game is full of scenes like that diner one, there are going to be some painfully awkward story segments haha

As for the levels, I assume you'll be able to turn all the effects off and the multiple tiers.

You can turn of the danger zones. Same for the sweat/dirt effects.

I don't go too much for the plastic eyes barbie replicas in games, she looks a little bit more human. I like the hair too and i'll just leave it at that.

You can turn off danger zones, camera can be action or classic, and hit effect are optional. But characters getting dirty and sweating is not an option you can turn on or off.

Why the hell would you turn off the sweat and dirt, its much more badass to see them getting that "realistic" effects on the characters. Last thing we want is to have them look so clean and unsweating as if they didnt do anything at all lol.
