We don't know much about Deus Ex: Human Revolution yet, but hopefully we will find out more at E3. Let's also hope that this new episode in the franchise will do much better than the previous one, which was kind of a let down after an excellent first game. Until we can finally see it in action, here are a few images taken from the trailer that should appear on the web in the near future.

The dude has a very latin look, like MGS's Vamp/Joaquín Cortés look.

Meh, Square Enix and their pathetic "games" marketing.

That said, I can't wait for the proper game's reveal. Hopefully they'll show gameplay finally and not another CG video.

good move there.

What am I complaining about though? I will probably be another no-brain port to PC.

The pics look amazing. I loved the first game but I'm worried about this one ending up like the follow-ups. They should bring back Warren Spector, I would worry less.

In this shot here, our daring hero looks a lot like a Latin Gordon Freeman . . . all he needs is a crowbar: http://www.gamersyde.com/pop_images_deus_ex_human_...

WTF?! Invisible War was an awesome game. Granted the execution could have been better, but the idea of opening the game up to branching plotlines, was a very nice addition, that even many modern games have a hard time pulling off. I would love to see Human Revolution take that idea, and perfect it.

Of course with the way game publishers just love to take risks these days, Human Evolution is likely to turn to be more of a Deus Ex-themed Fallout 3 clone, than anything else. Not that there is anything wrong with more Fallout 3, just that with the previous two games in the series, Ion Storm were really attempting to push the envelop of what an RPG could be. Now with Eidos and Square-Enix directly responsible for production of the Deus Ex franchise, there is no guarantee the push towards innovation the series is renowned for, will continue.

If the in-game city follows the same design as that CGI shown then this game might have some truly amazing settings. One of the best sci-fi cities I have ever seen in a game.

i'm hoping it has more in common with the first game then invisible war. i enjoyed them both, but invisible war was inferiour in just about every single way. sure the graphics where better, but the art style was worse. they did so much wrong in that game i honestly dont know what to expect for the third.

Yeah, count me among those who are sick of CG screenshots. I really want this game to be good, but, as with Thief 4, I'm very skeptical that the developer can pull it off.

If they pull a Conviction and crank up the action while dialing down everything that made the original great, I'll find it very hard to feel anything other than disgust towards it.

I really hope this game will deliver. I loved Invisible War and I've been waiting for this game ever since. I hope it'll come to the 360, if not...I'll just have to get myself a kickass GPU and play it on PC (if it turns out to be good obviously)...

Invisible War was okay but hardly great. Dismissing a whole genre because of one sub-par game though? That's just weird :P

Haven't played the xbox version, i played it on my PC, but i think it was passable. It wasn't the best game ever but it kept me going all the way through and considering how sparse the RPG pickings are on the xbox you don't have that much to choose from (kotor 1, 2 and jade Empire aside). You can certainly find much worse games claiming to be RPGs out there though...for example just about anything this generation with a "j" in front of the RPG bit :P

Then again i get the feeling that you disliked it not for being a bland RPG but rather that you probably treated it as a shooter and got bored when you didn't get to kill a minimum of 1 dude per minute and the lacking of tits ;)
