I dont care for the weird camera angle but it IS optional, i just want to see the cockpit view (if there is one)

As far as I know the weired camera is not really optional, it’s basicaly part of the gameplay. When ever you deactivated the flight assistance mode the camrea will change to what you have seen and you will be able to make sharper turns etc.
You can limit yourself to the assitance mode then you don’t have to bother with this camera but you have the disadvantge of limited speeds, turning angles etc.

in the other demo I watched, the repetitive computer voice becomes VERY annoying
