Blim, are you enjoying the game so far? Please show us a tuning video, including 1 lap before and 1 lap after type thing :D
The sound is definitely a step up from Forza 2, and that wasn't bad to begin with. I love the backfires from the Cusco WRX, but the blow-off valve is still a bit weak. Turbo sounds pretty good though. Its not as good as PGR4, but that game had a lot less cars. All in all Im satisfied with the sound in F3. It has improved over Forza 2. Not all a lot, but you can definitely notice it.
Other cars i cant tell really, i dont own them or aint been round them, but this one is hard to miss.
Great videos though!
Gamersyde has the best videos you can get of Forza Motorsport 3 :).
Gamersyde have the BEST videos!
Or....I could just buy it anyway and get painting some really nice designs. If the paint editor is more intuitive than the last (less time constraining), then look out for some of my paint jobs. :)
Thanks for the vids though. Can't wait for this game!
Also, I wish they'd give you an option to have the steering wheel on the right/left. Screw authenticity, trying to drive a car with the steering wheel on the right is a pain! Big "thanks" goes out to the English for that one...not! :(
(or I'll drive if you pay for my ticket)
Japanese car manufacturer...
It all makes perfect sense. And im glad they are accurate to that, having everything uniformly on the one side wouldnt feel right, especially for those of us in more civilized parts of the world :P
Lol, just messing with ya. Still, it must be awkward for people used to driving with the steering wheel on the right side to have all these cars in these videogames mostly having the steering wheel on the left side, no?! Wouldn't it be nice to have the option to choose whichever you want?
@PlumbDrumb: Funny you choose Ireland, that's where my roots lie... ;)

same :D
Not to mention the unmuffled glory of the engine and road sounds.
That decides it, i'll play in the hood view as i did in F2 :)
Love the cockpit, but i just cant live with muffled engine or road sounds.
*cue the leprechaun jokes*
you can still be the "awkward English man" and choose to have the steering wheel on the wrong side in some of the vehicles.
Have all the tracks been announced yet? are there no london tracks? i know they made New york ones.. and it would be nice to see how Forza 3's city "tracks" are comparing
hey, if your foot can reach the pedal, you can drive.

It takes the place of a guard rail... I can't remember the name of it, but sometimes it's only cut back about a foot from the pavement.
One wrong move and you're toast! That stuff is wicked.
