Oh hell yes, looks to handle a lot like the original flatout.

nice feeling of the handling,
and the environment (sky, muddy road, trees) is beautiful too!

It does look a bit grim.

To anyone who bothered to look in the Kickstarter page of the game, the game looks incredible and the cars' destruction physics are amazing.

It's a real shame that lesser games get funded or bought while a potentially great game like this doesn't even hit it's goal. :(

The problem i have is that they're goal amount is a PC version (useless for me) and their stretch goal of 1.5 million is next gen console release. If the PS4 version was their base goal, i'd pledge. But pledging for the stretch goal which they WILL NOT MEET seems...dumb.

Instead of wasting all eight years of this game generation wrecking the Ridge Racer series they could have just started from the beginning on Xbox 360 and PS3 and made sequels to Flatout and whatever else and then jumped over to the current gen consoles... not that its wrong on PC but...bleh Bugbear disappoints me on their decisions.

People need to support this game.. I already pre-orded my copy some time ago, lets hope enough do that same so this game will happen.. I cannot believe they cannot find a publisher supporting them, the Flatout series was always very fun to play.. Next Car game looks awesome!!

Yes I'm sure they spent eight years on Ridge Racer. And I'm sure it wasn't an incredibly lucrative thing for a small developer to do.

Their decisions have kept them afloat.

loved the flatout games on pc and 360. And this looks awesome visually. Something looks off with that video though.. I don't think he's really playing it. Maybe its just me

Looks stunning...Sadly they are miles away from their kickstarter target.

About the game

What's up?

GriftGFX I don't know why Cliffy left when LawBreakers looks like exactly the kind of game that he would have made at Epic :D (4 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX I think Paragon is their biggest in house project so it's been moving a bit quicker than everything else. (12 minutes ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog fortnite was announced what? 6 years ago? it was supposed to be one of the very first "next gen" games...granted they never specified which gen. lol (13 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX I think the constant development of Unreal Engine counts as being productive too. Heck it's the same with Valve. They are making games. Just not the games people who are complaining want to play. (13 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX @KORNdog: Paragon was released as an alpha.. it's already come a long way. They are a bit slow though. I mean.. lord know what the deal w/ Fortnite is. UT is more of a passion project though. (14 minutes ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog but i guess they make an engine that's used pretty much everywhere. so they don't need to be that productive. kinda like valve having steam. . (16 minutes ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog tbh epic have slowed to a crawl since they stopped with gears. they seem to be taking forever with everything. even paragon seem to be in perpetual beta mode. (17 minutes ago)
