This trailer made the game look interesting. But I still wonder if the customization of houses and characters will have any real meaning. Can't see much excitement about that unless we'd have an option to drive directly into someone's house, crashing the windows and everything inside. Otherwise they'd better put all that effort into customizing the cars.
I like the open world racing so this might be fine for me.

You have the ability to invite people into your house and they can walk around inside of it. Other people can also ride shotgun in your vehicles.

Yeah, but the racing is still there. But I understand your concern. Soon they will crossbreed TDU with Sims and there you go. Or has it happened already?

This is more than a racing games its a car lifestyle game, its not just about racing its also about showing off and having fun.

This is not Forza or Gran Turismo.

Ye i bought the old TDU when it came out and been racing alot. And i still think clothes and houses are stupid. well houses has got the garages so that makes sense. But this SiM's element is retarded and for kids of a certain age.

The only thing u did online was meet up in 1 spot and dragraced down the street. Or "exploring" the empty world and random races started when u met ppl.

2 very fun elements and they still want ppl to dress up and paint houses. -.-

If that was all you did you missed out on a huge part of TDU. TDU's best element was the ability to cruise and hang out with friends.
