Square-Enix surprised us a few minutes with a downloadable version of the Final Fantasy XV E3 trailer, as we thought this would again be limited to youtube "quality". Let's hope this one looks good! Update: Gameplay trailer added.
looks SO BAD! whre is the gameplay, are you telling me after more than half a decade, all taht you have to show is FMV cutscenes and real-time Cutscenes. This is going to be SHIT. this is going to be WORST than FFXIII. Even that had gameplay to show.
Looks incredible on PS4. Been waiting an age for this. I hope the fact that it is coming to Xbone won't affect the release date. Ie better blooming be in 2014 at the latest!
Looks great for a FF game. If they manage to get that shit done before i die of old age i might even give it a go :)
Edit: also look at the character design. Now look at the new FFXIII-3 or whatever it's called. That is the meaning of "less is more" made so clear it's almost palpable :P

Nostradamus: First of all, the word you want to use is 'worse' not worst. Usually, I don't like to correct people, but you used capitals, so I couldn't ignore this. Then, look at 1:36, there is gameplay from there almost until the end of the video.
Seems like nearly all the gameplay footage seems to be dealing with one multi-tiered boss battle (whilst having to deal with smaller foes here and there as well).
Sounds good to me, those are my two favorite FF games in the "main" series. Also love FFT, but that's more it's own thing. Judging form the video though, the gameplay looks more like Crisi Core or something along those lines i should think, but then again it's hard to tell from this trailer.
It looks great. Gameplay looks like Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. If you look in the bottom corner, it looks like you shuffle through different weapons in a set, which I assume you can customize.

Did you just come from the pub Nostradamus? (^ _ ^ ) C'mon be honest? Tell us the truth ... and that you didn't know that was a mixture of CG and in-game game play. :p
Bloody god damn hell! This actually looks fun and... good... I lost all hope for Final Fantasy after XIII, but I really want to play what I saw here! Especially if those battles will require some actual skill.
Squeee!!!!!! I may almost forgive you Square-Enix...although...they brightened the game up...a lot. I was looking forward to the darker setting shown originally...that said...I cant wait. The combat system looks like what they were telling us in early days; a KH2-ish gameplay. I really can't wait to see more. Couple this with the $400 PS4/no-online only bs Msoft is pulling and it might be the early 2000's again O.O

If you scrub to 2:00 in, it appears that you can do team combo finishers in this game ... that 3 man move they pulled on the Iron Giant was nice :D
