Let's continue our driving games session, with the promising DriveClub, still in cockpit view and at 60 frames per second.
Update: The quality of this video, along with the fact that it's encoded at 60 fps for no reason since the game runs at 30 fps, made us remove it from the site until we can get a new one that's up to our usual standards. Sorry about that.

right now it's running at 35 FPS, they are aiming for 60 FPS

Is it a sim like GT/Forza? Or a NFS with epic visuals?

see its not forcing the in car view anymore. Looks abit meh compared to the forza demo

The game is 30fps. I hope they can make animation smoother in cockpit view otherwise looks awesome. Here is a gameplay:

Saw it yesterday and it looked mediocre. The handling looked very arcade to the point where the guy seems to be playing with the d-pad. It does look good inside the car but on the outside of the car looks like nothing next-gen.

Why does every racing game needs to be sim these days ?

The gfx are top notch. I believe this game has 24hrs so night gameplay will be there too.

it really does look nice. even the metal parts IN the car reflect the environment. only thing i've not keen on is the speed of the animations turning the wheel. needs to be slower, and smoother. but that's an easy fix i hope they manage to do.

full night/day system is great though. can race whenever you like.

i want direct feed fooage tho, everything i've seen is offscreen.

Game looks really bad ATM

I don't even know why devs show pre alpha 35% code. All it does is kill the hype.

Forza 5 and the new Need for Speed looks way way WAYY better than this
