Looks cool but some huge weapons anachronisms...tactical rails and SPAS 12's in 1968??..come on do some freakin research Treyarch. The Gunship gameplay looked really fun though.

Perhaps it's a bit more interesting in it's art direction, but technically the graphics aren't much better than MW2, if at all. But that's not a bad thing, as MW2 is one of the better looking games.

Of course it's going to be similar like 99% of sequels in the same gen. Though COD actually changes things up quite a bit with each iteration. More so than Halo or Gears Of War.

Have you played Halo Reach? It changes things up dramatically. More dramatically than these cookie cutter COD clones that Activision pumps out.
This franchise died with Infinity Ward. People will catch on to that eventually, but I suspect Activision can milk this cow for at least a few more sequels. I mean we're on the sixth Call of Duty game this generation for consoles, and people still seem to think it's fresh. That can only last so long.
Aw come on now Grift, I don't think some of you guys give Treyarch enough credit. For the position they are in, I think they do a pretty good job making CoD games that have a decent amount of good features. I thought the Zombie killing and 4 player co-op was a really great time in WaW and so did plenty of my friends.
I'll take their less overpowered killstreak rewards over IWs stuff (MW2 at least) any day of the week.
I'm not saying Black Ops is gonna be fantastic, but I also don't think it's fair to say it's gonna be some kind of cookie-cutter crap just b/c it's Activision is behind the scenes.
