Great news. This is by far one of the best arcade racers on the market. Not that I'm a big fan of graphics whores, but this game does not get enough credit for how great it looks.

People don't give it enough credit because it's on the PS3, if it was on the 360 they would be falling over themselves to say that it was the best arcade racer going.

Was motorstorm 1 this ugly? Geez.

Hmmmm, i see plenty of people on here cutting down BOTH systems, and their exclusives. It's annoying and too many great non-exclusive games don't get enough attention due to it. Just be glad you get to play such a fun arcade racer. And for the other guy, Motorstorm 1 and 2 both look spectacular, or at least they do on my big screen ;)

Really great. DLC for one of the best games in this generation. My shots from Photo Mode looks better than these:p

lol, take a look at the Forza 3 threads, or ANY racing thread lately. At least here no one's bashing the game. Maybe you should recalibrate your fanboy detector, and just maybe stop being one yourself. ;)

The game looked great when it was released (it got undeserved flak when the first pics were shown, even from people who have played and liked MS1) but graphics move on and there are a lot of competitors out/ soon to be released (hint: Dirt 2) that look great on their own. No ones is interested in KZ 2 when Uncharted 2 looks even better. That's why graphics don't make a game memorable, there'll be better in time.

And yeah i have all 3, i just think it's ridiculous how people slate the PS as it's an amazing machine as is the 360.

I would blame the trailer they released initially and the lies they told about a racer many expected to go off the typical 'here's a track just follow the path we've given you' formula.
Before it was released I was expecting it to be a game like Codemasters racing game yet to be released Fuel

motorstorm was never once said or shown to be an open world racer.

It certainly had fake screenshots and trailers though.
The initial trailer showed you traveling across wide expanses of terrain. It didn't take much for me to expect that with what they presented
