Evie and Jacob Frye will bring justice to Industrial London on october 23rd, until then, see more about the the story of Assassin's Creed: Syndicate and its characters with the new trailer and screens inside.
Still not picking this up. Well done Ubi.
I still want to wonder how it will tie to Edward Kenway though. His daughter Jennifer who showed up at the end of AC IV was dead by the later 1700s and she was a spinster so I don't think there are any ancestors to the Kenways. Unless Haythem got busy in England. :)
I like that the protagonists have a bit of whit and charisma like edward did. Edward was the only character in AC i liked. But that might change with this one.

You mean you like that the characters are English? ;)
The Assassin's Creed games have become reference games to me at this point. Unity was beautiful to run through and look at with the intricate and ornate details of a digital French Revolution.
Same old same old, but I still love Ubi's attention to detail when it comes to these games and seeing as it is London this time around, I want to see if I can find the street I live on.
I just hope I can find it for the same price I found Unity, but seeing as a lot of the "ambition" of Unity has been dialled back in Syndicate for what I imagine is a better optimised experience, I sincerely doubt it.
My interests in AC has dropped this year and Unity's cinemas look much better over this. ...And yet with all that said, this game could turn out to be the next AC2 or Black Flag. I think it's best though to keep my expectations low, well know soon enough.
on the side, there's so many sandbox games this year. it's been a serous sandbox blowout.
I've really liked every assassin's creed game bar assassin's creed 3. I think what hurts the franchise mostly is that it is too easy. Unity gave me some memorable stealth experiences when tackling missions solo on the hardest difficulty.
