Deus Ex: Human Revolution is now available to all, so we finally captured some videos of the game. We chose the PC version so you could see it run in 1080p and at 60 fps, unfortunately, that version suffers from unexplainable and random framerate issues for now. Not all PCs are concerned or so it seems, but it is the case for us. Whether or not the graphics options are maxed out does not seem to make a difference and the game even happens to run worse when DirectX 11 is deactivated. That's why we're not quite happy with the result we got from capturing the game. It should still give you a good idea of what to expect in terms of visuals. As for the rest, you can still check out our full review. Let's hope the PC version will be patched very soon.

Nah, seems like the console version is the way to go with this one imo.
Fun thing is that people seem to think this is awesome but to me this is way closer to Invisible War than to the original Deus Ex. don't think i need to remind you what the public in general thought of Invisible War.
PS - I know Snowblind is not a title set in the DE universe, but you catch my drift. ;)

Either way, here's hoping the PC version is patched - yet again - soon enough in order to solve those issues.
Can't stop playing it, sometimes I got to force myself into stopping.

The laggy mouse thing can be fixed by turning V-Sync off. I don't know why people bother with V-Sync on PC anyway, it introduces lag no matter what game you play.
So far I've had no problems with the game, it runs well and really doesn't look bad at all, the aesthetics more than make up for its technical shortcomings. Also, it has easily the best stealth gameplay I've experienced for ages (not to mention that hacking is strangely addictive). I wish more game gave us the option to not have to kill anyone, it's really made the game much more challenging and rewarding.
It's a real shame you kids are dismissing it for such petty things as its graphics, or easily solved things (use Google?) like v-sync mouse lag.

But seriously, anyone basing their opinion on the elevator right in the PROLOGUE is straight up idiot, sorry but its true.
The entire gameplay and the fun of it is because of the augments and what they do and what advantages it gives you.
How does it compare to metal gear4
Interms of stealth, I personally prefer third person, as I always do.
The amazing detail that went into Adam's design (he looks badass! one of the best character designs in gaming IMO) is just out of the window in gameplay unless you go to cover.
I said it many times, but I wish they could add a button and a option to turn on third person for stealth ONLY, make it more like MGS and Splinter Cell. But, I learned to like the first person view, but you have to rely alot on the radar, but it also gives you from a eye points view like in real life, so it forces you to be extra careful and watchful.
But, MGS4 and Deus Ex is very different type of games.

Its not hard, you just have to be careful. If you try to be stealthy and fail, load to the latest checkpoints.
I usually save manually before I know I have to be stealthy just incase.
Also, why stealth your way to the police station.
Just go in and talk to Wayne in the administration and convince him to be his friend and understandable and he will let you go through to the morgue.

You really need to see how they react to what you are saying and then react accordingly!
