At Microsoft's booth we had the opportunity to try out the new Forza Motorsport 3, officially announced yesterday - at last. The game offers very impressive production, which tends to make us forget Forza 2 visual austerity.
It just blows my mind these guys are the ones that add the real inovations in the genera (was seeing some GTPSP footage and saw the guideline and laughed my ass off), they lauch a steady pace of games, and keep pushing the envelope.
They're the real console sim kings right now.

Too bad that there is not motion blur, so it's confirmed that what T10 showed at the conference was a replay because there was a nice motion blur added.
Looks great but please turn 10, increase the number of cars on track.

Yeah, imo they should let you choose between 60 fps or 30 fps with motion blur and more AA etc.
They should also add some cockpit effects.
In a vid you see a car performing a roll in cockpit-view and the driver's head isn't even shaking a little...
Please, please, please can you make the air-brake on the Maclaren SLR activate when you brake hard, and the air vents open on the Murchielago when you get past a certain speed? These things make for a more authentic experience! Even Lamborghini on the Xbox (which unfortunately never made it as a finished game - still got the demo though!) did this.

Yeah and the Porsches @ PGR2 heightened their rear spoilers at a certain speed. In PGR3,4 or Forza, they didn't. :(
