Offset Software released a new teaser of Project Offset in time for the GDC, named Meteor. Intel acquired them last year, but they have yet to confirm the cancellation of the X360 version. Logically they'd want it to stay a PC exclusive, but who knows, so here it is.

Don't try to make sense of Vaporware, just ride with the wave and look at the little "never to be" pretty scenes.
I'd actually jump around like a little boy if this was released on the Xbox 360 as well as the PS3. Something tells me this isn't likely to happen though.
They were searching for 360 devs long time ago, so there is still hope for console/s version.
if not, i'll get a larrabee.

Ah well, I can still hope. :P
This, though still awesome, doesn't look quite as impressive. And as the years pass by, the game becomes less and less impressive as other engines play catch-up. 3 Years ago this was almost unbelievable, now it's awesome. In another year or two it'll look good, but won't stand out as it once did. They really need to release this game soon, or it'll be surpassed by others...
Also worth to mention there was never a CONSOLE version anounced, there where hoever wishes to make one.
There still isn't a proper game shown.
Those are more than two if you ask me: http://www.projectoffset.com/index.php?option=com_...
And how is a game from a developer acquired by Intel "indie" in any way? – They want to look like that, true, but they are not.
If you ask me they are a testbed for the Larrabee project. I really doubt Intel is really interested in making games… but they need something to show off Larrabee and if they could get into the 3D engine license market all the better.
They announced plans for a 360 version in their FAQ to the game on the old website (deleted along the website redesign), they were looking for staff with Xbox 360 experience and I think there is a post from staff members about it in the forum (could be deleted by now due to many changes on their forums).
That is an announcement for me: To say you are working on something and plan to release it. They said they are working on project offset and plan to release it on PC and Xbox 360.
Of course that’s in the past by now, well you get the gist.
Since it was announced all I've seen is tech demos, not a game.
Let wait and see if it really is released
