Fragile was released in Japan this week, and DjMizuhara captured these videos from the game. They show the first couple of minutes, while we might have some more tomorrow. The game use the Wiimote for sounds and since that can't be captured, some parts are cut out.

As for a PAL version, we still don't even have an official date for Tales of Vesperia and Tales of Symphonia 2 yet so that's anybody's guess.
I dread to think what this will be like after localisation. Namco completely annihilated Tales of Vesperia with a mind bogglingly awful forced US dub, and with a game as Japan centric as this they'll have a field day Americanising it all to the max. I do not expect good things from them.
And was the vesperia dub really that bad? I always hear people complaining about US dubs, but when i was back in the states i always preferred the english dub over the jpn track. Even now that I understand japanese and live in japan, I would choose english if it was an option in the games.(blasted jpn companies never release the track in english and if i get the asian release its usually sub only of titles) Then again, I thought the SO3 dub was quite good and it seems most people absolutely hated it.
