An HOLY SHIT!!! SUMMONING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
/Alimo is unconscious .........................
Except Alimo as i understand it, the running past enemies was not to avoid random battles but to include all the enemies being marked in one big fight against your parties, this gives you a very fast way to build up your experience points, but at the same time you must be careful not to bite off more than you can chew.
LOL, what he said :)

But you know, framerate. It's bothersome, troublesome. I just hope this is no final version - or just fix this on the ps3 version. I'll buy, depending on which console version looks best. Xbox360 has sexy sharp textures, but ps3 is sexy itself.

It's UE3 so don't expect the framrate problems to go away.

its not a given that because a game runs on UE3, that it must have framerate problems..

But anyhow there is a first I suppose, but I really don't expect them to go away in the short time left.
All the ones I have played have done, even Gears had problems with the cutscenes, I duno about Gears2 though.

Mirrors edge and gears 2 seem to be taking to it alright too.
Maybe somethings wrong with your 360 then.. as gears had a flawless framerate on mine, as did darksector, as did bioshock, UT3, and brothers in arms.. atleast to what i can remember..and the fact that i dont remember them dipping regularly to a crawl it couldnt of proved to be that much of a problem.
.
nice looking game, decent animation too. cant say im a fan of the vast areas of nothingness tho. envionrments look WAY empty.
You find that in these type of areas, near all jrpgs have these sections that are sparse and empty, but most towns and citys are bristiling and full of life.
Well lets face it, if you are running around a desert area with viscious monsters you aren't going to have local towns folk populating the area.
