If Nintendo could still make original games and had the power of PS3 to work with, I think the end result would look something like this.

That looks utterly magnificent. Especially that last bit, since it's a bit new. Love the marbles and the smoke, as well as those text prompts.

GD08 is turning out pretty damn well--begging me to dust off the PS3. Good stuff.. one of the few downloadable games I'm still interested in.

Nintendo isn't innovative enough for games like this

I think it would be better to say, if Sega still had a system and they hadn't broken up (were successful), their games would look like this

Wow, LOTS of visual upgrades. I'm also surprised how many visual bugs there are now too, but at least that gives them something to work on. All this time not hearing much about the game I almost thought they were just sitting around.

Anyways, looks really cool, the game remains one of my most anticipated.

Looks excellent. It is like N+ with a larger budget and on steroids.

I don't really see any longevity in this. Sure, you can build your own levels, but the concept seems dull after a few hours. But I have to try it to know.

If you don't have friends, probably no longevity. But with friends, sitting on the same couch, there is definite longevity.

SimonM7 Nope, no such prestige I'm afraid. Just 1½ year of comic making and ICQ channel community on quakenet of all places. :) 2002 doesn't sound far back but it's soon 8 years ago. Time sure does roar past. (1 Hour ago)

Megido Did you make comics and stuff for kong back in the day? The art looks similar :) (2 Hours ago)

SimonM7 Thanks :D and yeah I do. M7 was originally a webcomic, and the idea now is to make it a bit of an entertainment blog in general and a webcomic. Only done two strips so far since I rebooted it in may. (4 Hours ago)
