Sony's press site had been updated with this image of Killzone 2, hopefully followed by more soon. Also worth mentioning, the game has been delayed to February 2009, but I don't think anyone is really surprised.

Wow, another Killzone 2 image...we're so spoiled!
Seriously though, game looks good. Nothing out of this planet, but definitely nice. I got to see some daylight video footage with some nice action going on to really see what this game can provide in terms of visuals and what it's actually all about.
This is supposedly going to be "the true PS3 killer app", so I can imagine Sony doing all they can to get this as solid as possible. Still, the developers have to pull it off in the end, no matter how much time or funding they get...it takes more than that to make a great game and we'll just have to wait and see if Guerilla can make it happen.

Looks great, this is kind of in-game. It isn't THAT stunning. But it's rather beautiful. If you've played MGO, you'd sorta say this is possible.

Looks great, I just hope they REALLY improve the shooting mechanic in general like bullet detection, aiming...etc. controls and such from the previous title.
But I knew it was going to be a 2009 title, so I will try to not think of it, but its gonna be hard.
Anyway, keep those 08 titles coming.

The screen looks good... but nothing impressive. The trailer looked way better than that screen (textures are so so) and it doesnt even get near to the infamous CGI they released at first.
This game has come down to the CGI comparisson and I cant see it so damn astonishing as some press sites (like IGN f.e.) or fans claim it to be.
Judging by that screen its a good looking game... but nothing from another galaxy; and it doesn´t prove at all the statement that the Ps3 is "over the top" when compared to the 360.
Anyway, lets hope the game is at least better "gameplay wise" than the first one... which was quite mediocre imho.

The game looks good. This probably isn't KZ2's best shot but it does look good.
What does NOT look good is that 2009 release. Other than MGS4, Sony's 2008 year's lineup is looking slimmer every mont in comparison to the competition.

Looks great, the game really looks best in motion, all the effects that make it look so great don't show up in Screenshots. The animations in particular are excellent.

Come on Raz, Jak 4,GT5, Eight Days,ico game and Infamous, were never supposed to be released within 2008!
Also you forgot to mention Tekken 6 ,Haze, MGS 4, Driver 5, Valkyrie Chronicles ;)
