Damn, this looks good. Even tough Radiata Stories from tri-Ace was average game I'm looking forward to this one. Must have for xo and especially for jrpg lovers like me :)
The game looks great... but I´m SO FED UP of watching children doing men/women work on J-RPGs.... leave the damn children at home or you´ll get them killed in battles. War isnt a childrens game *sigh*
Except htose twins, this game looks very cool. I love that girl, has a very nice design. Reminds me a bit if Tifa. The whole arts and design (except the kids) looks very promising. Nargh, but I have no 360.. =(
I really think the current next generation consoles are perfect for jrpgs, they are able to really bring the fantasy worlds to life that previous games weren't able to do so.
just one look at lost odyssey, blue dragon and it is clear, the games are breath taking and the stories are beautiful

As for people complaining about kids in JRPG's, it's a cultral thing as stuff like cute little kids helps shift basically anything...
I must also say I'm shocked with the quality adn quantity of JRPG's on 360. I own all 3 consoles but the main reason I bought a PS3 was for MGS4 and JRPG's. That was on the assumption that the trend would continue from last gen where PS3 would inherit PS2's wealth of JPRG's. Seems the tables have turned though and PS3 is left with the two FF13 games and that's about it...
Looks great but I agree the kids look very out of place, their art style is totally different to the main characters, which makes then stick out like a sore thumb.

I usually hate all the jRPGs Main Chars Clothes ... all off them have over the top trends and crazy stuff... sometimes making it look more like a freak show.
For this to use Armors that are beautifully adorned like the LOTR ones, it's just the cherry on top of the cake.
Excellent graphics, but plain character designs: the girl looks just like the typical "Tifa/Rinoa/etc" character; horrendous kids; generic male's designs... meh.
