much like the solo game it looks great, and while im looking forward to playing it, im not holding my breath for it to be really good. im sure it'll be decent enough tho.

Yeah the MGS3 online portion was... unremarkable. These screens give off a (less snowy) Lost Planet kinda vibe which isn't a bad thing.

The whole MGS4 move set in a multiplayer game...

That thing is a man cannon? That's just ridiculous. I thought they were aiming for something a bit more realistic with this.

jigen, MGO is a seperate game. kinda. MGS4 comes with a GT5:prologue of sorts. a tester with only 5 (i think) maps. which i think is a good idea...if you like it enough you'r gonna be willing to buy the rest (much like buying additional map packs for halo3, i personally wouldnt since i cant stand the game, but fans of the game are willing to) if you dont like the taster however. then you lose nothing.

Most of this looks like GTA4. Make of that what you will.

This whole game just looks so... average. In many screen shots- LESS than average. The color palette is terribly bland- the characters all look wholly unremarkable... and the animation that they've shown in the video's is laughably bad. What are we supposed to get excited about? Aren't there like at LEAST 5 other games on the PSN that are better looking/playing than THIS???

That is an overexaggeration. Sigh. What's with all the hate these days?

I played the hell out of MGS3 online, and I can't wait to test this out.

It doesn't quite look up to par with MGS4 visually.. but I suppose that's a pretty common trend with multiplayer components. It probably lacks the funding and manpower that MGS4 has.

Jesus Christ I really hate this site lately. Every post is people bitching about graphics.

I think it's hawt, probably because I'm blood thirsty for a game that is a little more than a FPS.. GTA IV really can't come soon enough. I'd really have more interest in MGS in general, if they were bundled together though. This looks like an entirely new experience that I might actually be good at.
