Wii

With Pokemon Snap now on Virtual Console, the Nintendo Wii can now welcome mere clones like Wild Earth: African Safari from Majesco to try and please the fans of animal photography. The player takes the role of a journalist who, has a mission, must frame no less than 30 species in the heart of Serengeti National Park. A multiplayer mode allows friends to drive or take pictures with you. Another mode allows you to mimic animal gestures as if you were them. I can't wait to be a mighty rhinoceros, rawr! No release date has been specified.

The images for some reason didn't work for me o.O

But, I can already tell this isn't going to be a good game =/

Wild Earth fact sheet :

- More than 30 species to snap in wild environments spanning beautiful lakes and meadows
- Be the animal : don't be limited to your photography skills and mimic the animals gestures using the Wiimote. Impress all your family as a hyena or a lion!
- Rare events : animals are unpredictable. You could be seeing them reproducing, and frame the event for bonus points. Points are then used to unlock a sound test where you can hear all your favorite animal sounds.

I made that up

i hope that was sarcasm. look at the damn trees, they look like twigs with green smeers on them...lol

if a games whole premis is going to be as boring as taking photos of animals, it at LEAST needs some raw power behind the graphics to make it LOOK interesting. if im gonna go for any (which i wont) i take afrika. this just looks like some smeered vomit with animal shaped blocks walking around in it...lol.

No, we just need some bloody competent developers to try and take advantage of the system! Can you imagine this type of game with the graphics engine of Endless Ocean, Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3, etc.? This is just another shovelware title among the tons on the Wii and DS, and it's going to be just like the PS2 was last gen (tons of good games, tons of shovelware at the same time).
