Oh, well.. I just hope we won't have to wait ½ year...
I like more what Sakaguchi does with Mistwalker right now. Since FF IX Square Enix didn't really add anything to the FF series (maybe some gameplay variations). Sakaguchi-san's current work is far more inspired than what they did to his old baby.

The TGS trailer is fabulous! The voice acting sounds very convincing so far.
David's English accent suits him perfectly.
I really like the two-heroes aspect of the game (Rush & The Conqueror)...
Oh, and the U3 Engine shines!...the final version is going to look even better!
Another thing, The Last Remnant is originally done in English; woot!
I think that is the reason why a simultaneous Japan/NA release is even possible.
