Halo 3 isn't the only great game to be at the Game Convention, far from it in fact. This video showing 2 classes of Team Fortress 2 (more to come) certainly proves it!
Update: Second and last video online, showing 2 more classes.
Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (1 Day ago)
Loakum By FAR, the upcoming Game of Thrones King’s Road was the Game of the Show! It plays like God of War Ragnarok! :) (1 Week ago)

Not happy about changing the dynamic of the sniper rifle tho :(
I may be wrong tho, although i've never ever seen close to this sensitive on a console game.
Everything about TF2 looks great, from the water effects to the interface.. And I'm pretty sure this video is from the PC version..
Put kick in the rifle and we're all set

^ didn't see the spaces are mouse buttons.
I'll be getting this on 360 for sure. Two things I hope though :
1. The gameplay can hold a candle to old TF for Quake 1 (and that people play this).
2. The 360 version is good.

People have to understand games move on, they evolve.. And with TF2 probably being a slightly different kind of TF doesn't mean it's worse then TFC.. Maybe it's even better.. I trust Valve in their judgement about gameplay etc, because it's not like they haven't done this before..
And if you don't like it, simply keep playing the old game.. Plenty of people also still play the old CS compared to the new CS:S.. I prefer new things though, I think it's a shame so many stick at the old.. I'm pretty much bored with CS now (mainly because my clan has stopped playing wars for more then 2 years now), but when I still play CS these days, I play CS:S, imho the same old CS just better looking.. And I'm pretty sure I'll like TF2 aswell, because I'm open to new things.. That's the problem with those hardcore players that play the same old game day in day out for many many years, they are not open to anything new at all..
Most funny thing is when they claim a new gameversion is for noobs.. I always say if they can't get used to new things in a game they obviously have no adaptation-skills, and infact they are the noobs in my eyes for being 1 trick ponny's, not being able to handle changes.. That's one of my strong points as a old-skool FPS gamer, I have played so many different games over the years at pretty high level that I have almost no trouble at all adjusting to changes or new games.. That's why I admire Fatal!ty aswell, he's the best FPS gamer in the world, not just in 1 game, but probably all of them.. Other socalled pro-gamers are only good at 1 game because they play nothing else.. If you're good at CS 1.6 you're also good at CS:S, and when you're good at TFC you're most likely also good at TF2, I have no doubt.. Stop whining!
While he's super great, I really doubt he's the best FPS gamer in the world. 'Pro' gaming isn't even close to big enough profile for that to be true. Imagine all the hardcore gamers out there that either don't know how good they are, can't make it in because they're too fat or ugly to be marketable, or just don't want to deal with the stress of going 'pro' and making their hobby into a job.
[edit : I also wanted to bitch about people who think TFC made the series popular. The TF series started on QUAKE, not Half Life 1... Really, I didn't like a lot of what TFC did for the game, but I am fairly open minded.]
Definitly a day one purchase for me too . Love the new design and atmosphere .

All those so-called hardcore FPS gamers outthere that are socalled better then him are pretty dumb imho for passing on all that big cash that's for the winning.. Fatal!ty makes hunderds of thousands of dollars by just playing competions in FPS games.. How stupid are you for passing on that kind of money if you really think you're better??
And believe me, if you're at his level, you'll know.. I know I'm pretty good, I win most of all my publicserver games in any FPS I play (on PC, I suck with controllers), but I also know I stand little chance against real pro's like him.. I played CPL and online league's in Quake, UT, and CS over the years, so I know a bit..
He's not unbeatable offcourse, I saw him lose in person against some Russian guy back in 2002 I think it was on CPL Holland in Quake3, he ended up in 3rd place.. But overall I think he's the best, he's proven that so many times in several different FPS games over the years.. I wonder how long it will last though, because he's getting older aswell.. But afaik no younger challenger has risen yet..
Back on topic.. TF2 looks great.. I wonder if we'll get to play some beta or demo or whatever before release.. Since there's still no word and release is in November already I guess not..
.....he looks like a douche
When all he could have asked was "but why are you not happy with the sniper rifle Mr Olsen? why?"
Poor guy.
Gonna get it. Hope its really good.

I'm sure he cares making that much money just by playing videogames, and having a hot girlfriend.. What more does a man want? :P
P.s. Jessica is not his girlfriend, but she's hot aswell (and dumb, but who cares).. ;)

Its not hard to adapt from 1.6 to source but its hard as **** to adapt back. I like Source better but don't say there isn't any differences because there are quite a few fundamental ones.
The only reason source got more popular on the competitive front was because of CGS and source TV fixes.
