Microsoft just gave players around the world a new reason to be interested in the purchase of a band new Xbox One X, by releasing a 4K patch for Red Dead Redemption, which can now be enjoyed to the fullest on current television sets. This new update is yet another proof that an official remaster of the game is never going to happen, something which was very unlikely anyway. The good news is that the Xbox One X patch improves image quality tremendously, as proven by a first gameplay video inside, which should soon be followed by a second when it's done encoding. Update: Second video added.

They've put in challenge hordes that are super tough to beat that are pre-determined in size and strength. You'd be stupid to fight those without a ton of resources. (2 Hours ago)

@GriftGFX: Oh yeah, it definitely had something going on for it. The ending to me was just...ugh. The 1st managed to keep me attention throughout, I just wanted to be done with Infinite halfway. (6 Hours ago)
Amazing characters, and great dialog, but the plot has serious issues and I felt like the way it expanded the universe and connected to the other game was convoluted. (7 Hours ago)
