When we saw that a new gameplay video of WRC 3 had been released, unfortunately only in Youtube "quality", we figured the best way for us to talk about the game was to capture our own videos. Since the demo was released a few days ago, we did not hesitate to wake up our Fanatec 911 Porsche driving wheel from its summer slumber. It was also a good opportunity to show the hood cam view instead of the usual external view Milestone use in their promotional videos. Some will probably say my driving skills are too poor for this game, but I still think I deserved a better position in the end. What do you think? Update: New video added. It shows the cockpit view during a replay.
Note: The stage shown here was captured with no driving assists and AI difficulty set to default - which corresponds to medium difficulty.

I think Blizzard's mass appeal mandate sorta touches everything too :) (6 Hours ago)
It's a well sculpted package when it comes to character design and art direction in general. The map treatments remind me of fighters too with their elaborate themes that are tied to characters. (6 Hours ago)
It's definitely in the spirit of fighters. I think there's a heavy western influence in OW's art direction too is all. (6 Hours ago)
i don't think it's a coincidence. which leads to my initial comment, that blizz was mimicking capcom with the OW designs. (7 Hours ago)
@GriftGFX: Arnold Tsang is working as lead character concept artist at blizzard, and has done many capcom themed pieces for udon. according to his linkedin profile he is currently employed by both. (7 Hours ago)
Well Udon is definitely still in the spirit of Capcom.. since they still do Capcom stuff :P (13 Hours ago)
