Our Xbox One X videos

We have been among the lucky ones to receive an Xbox One X beforehand, something like 4 days ago. it didn't leave us much time to download the games and record some gameplay footage, but we did our best as usual. Inside, you'll find a bunch of videos showing titles that have already been updated with their Xbox One X patch. Most of them are Xbox One games obviously, but we also have 3 iconic 360 titles to show you with a massive bump in resolution. Finally, we have tried the first Project CARS to see what forced v-sync and anisotropic filtering can do to a game that hasn't been patched for Xbox One X. If you want to compare, see the last base Xbox One footage we captured back in 2015.
Note: Some games are yet to receive their Xbox One X update, so we'll try to be thorough and propose more videos later.

PC videos: Assassin's Creed Origins

Assassin's Creed Origins is finally available on all platforms. So here are some PC videos in Ultra and 1440p60, as well as a video showing Tobii Eye Tracking in operation.
Note: the rare frame drops are caused byt the capture, without it the game is perfectly stable.

Assassin's Creed Origins photo mode

Assassin's Creed Origins features a pretty convenient photo mode which allows players to share their pictures with all those who play the game. Each time you take one, it is directly uploaded to the in-game's map so people can see it and rate it if they want. The photo mode may bit a bit short of options, but it's a nice addition nonetheless, as proven by the following screenshots. Also neat is the fact that going into photo mode is completely seamless, so it only takes a few seconds to take a great picture. Inside, you'll also find our verdict on this new episode.

Our PS4 Pro videos of ACO

Assassin's Creed Origins will be available later this week but we thought you might like to see the game in action on PS4 Pro before its official release. Inside you'll find spoiler-free videos showing some gameplay elements but above all some nice strolls in the beautiful landscapes of the game. This is without a doubt the most gorgeous Assassin's Creed game to date, bringing Ubisoft's series on par with (or at least very close to) technical references such as Horizon: Zero Dawn, no less. Enjoy!
Note: Our version of the game does include the Day One patch.
