Housemarque is back and those who know the studio won't be surprised to know that their new title is a combination of frenzy shooting and dodging, skills, split second observation and a bit of hair tearing. Nex Machina is a game in which scoring is the main incentive to keep playing, trying to perfect each area to reach the 100% completion rate (which is bound to take a while). There is no story to be found here, the philosophy behind the game is to pay tribute to the old days, back when people used to go to the arcades to try to beat their score. Needless to say that this game is going to put your skills and patience to the test, but it wouldn't be a Housemarque title if it weren't.
