And the question deserves an answer, although I think INDIGO was merely interested in sharing his experiences. But you do have to wonder when one of these companies is going to decide to pull the trigger.
I mean look at it. Morpheus, Oculus, Vive, Gear, Hololens, Magic Leap. The field appears to be getting very crowded (with hundreds of millions being thrown around) but who is going to dip their toes in the big cold ocean first?
The cool kids don't like me and I don't care.

Now I'm speaking specifically of my brief experience playing Mass Effect 3. What I took from that was that VR support for a title is pretty essential for there to be a solid virtual experience. The game studios have to provide it or you're going to have these hit and misses with compatibility. VR is not going to function like some application where you throw a switch and poof instant VR immersion. It's going to have to be baked into the game's code.
In other words ALOT of forward thinking is going to be necessary to fully support VR.

But the experience was really nice, I tried everything that could be tried. The games that were most comfortable were the games where you 'sit' (driving, flying games) or with a fixed camera (BlazeRush and similar).
Shooters are not yet very well implemented, the whole idea of headtracking / turning around with the controller just isn't right
