Kameo - A Rating (Possible?)

Im trying to get an A grade in at least one of the levels, but I think I need around 2'000'000 points to succeed (You need this to unlock everything, don't know about A grade though). I understand about the multipliers increasing your score, my highest score is just 100'000 points on a level - with my multipliers at a peak of:- Brutal x5 Carnage x30 frenzy x9! the thing is it feels that there is not enough enemies in the level to reach around 2'000'000 points (no respawning enemies). So I was wondering if anybody has achived this or has some tips!

Check GameFAQs, there should be a stickied post giving advice. A lot of it requires hitting Warrior Focus constantly so you can take out all the invisible trolls.

On the official Xbox forums there are videos of some guy who has acheived A rating on all the levels and the videos show you how he accomplished it. Too lazy to link but it's under the Kameo forums.
