ive never seen PCars 2 been described graphically as rough...if only it was a PS exclusive Korndog eh! Some things never change.

If your a real fan of the racing genre and understand what this sim is offering than you should be nothing but impressed with the visuals they've accomplished.

Jesus wept some people on here need to go to Specsavers!! PC1 looked absolutely stunning and i can't think for one minute that isn't going to be the same but even better looking!!!!

p.s. just one of the screenshots i took, it's no Driveclub is it arf arf!!

What SMS have achieved is noting short of remarkable graphically when you consider the amount of different weather, 24 hour time cycle, Extremely advanced physics engine, Over 30 cars on track console and 40 on PC

What sims are these guys playing that make PCARS 2 "rough" & "outdated" WOULD REALLY LOVE TO KNOW!

I know this game main focus is the simulation part and not really graphics, but it would be nice to see some tracks from the cars in the snow etc.. It feels and looks so static/basic now..

The snow doesn't look incredible but in general it looks great, especially actual gameplay. The console exclusive racers love their photo modes and enhanced replays that don't actually represent the game at all.

Its a replay of a racing game. I'm used to replays tricking the brain into thinking they look real at this point. This looks entirely like a game. The snow looks shit , the lighting looks flat and the weird depth of field? Glitches hardly help those people trying to convince me it's some sort of graphical stunner. The car looks nice. That's about it.

Now, this is based on what is shown HERE. I have seen the game look nice elsewhere. But this replay of a this one car in the snow frankly looks embarrassing and I'm not entirely sure why they released it.

I thought PC1 looked great if you had the PC to run it but the handling with a pad with awful. Even on a wheel I found it difficult to control the cars.
Forza 7 looks better and knowing Forza cars, it will play great on a pad and hopefully with also work great with G29 wheel.
The PC2 engine seems dated compared to Forza on PC. I do like the idea of being able to race on any circuit in any weather condition.
And the grandaddy of racing sim, Gran Turismo is also out pretty soon. Great time for racers.

Forza is poor with wheels. You talk like Forza runs on a different engine on PC it doesnt.

Drift, I enjoyed the music selection. It flowed well with the slides.

This game is spending it's processing power on simulating more than just the driving physics. And even that alone is more complex than what GT and FM7 are doing. But why complain. The push for
Sims has never been stronger. Choose what works for you.

And Korn. Graphics typically don't look their best in overcast conditions.
