Yes there is a team behind it, but its the director that makes the shots as to what has to be done and the DIRECTION (director duh) to lead the game to its final stage.
Combat is somewhat the same, with a sword, thats it.

Its harder to make a full fleshed action game than a fighter when the franchise is that old. Just get some balancing, new moves and call it a day.
With action games you got to go beyond basics, weapons, level design, story, characters, content in general and balancing!

Nothing, as you can see. It's downgrader from NG2 but still worth playing because I still see a functional core behind the game.

lol, what. I said the combat is more to Sigma 2 and NG2 cauz it doesn't have delimbs which made NG2 way too easy (Sigma 2 only reduced the chance of delimbs but it was nice to see that).
And killing enemies looks awesome in NG3. Brutal close ups, lots of blood, flashy camera angles and the NG2 OTs with some changes to the actual trigger (no delimbs means no easy fights > fights are harder because there is no "cheap" way of killing your enemies). Yes believe it or not, I play NG because of its gameplay and the challenge nit because of some generic Gears Of War gore.

Level design. Well, compare a DOA4 stage with the one from the DOA5 or the Akira trailer. Huge improvements. The interaction of characters and the stages itself are insane and not even compareable to DOA4 cauz this game mainly had static, less detailed environments. I mean, you watched the DOA5 trailer, right? They made DOA5s design from the scratch and even a new reworked engine.
Same animations. Well NG2 and NG3 also used animations from previous games. How is making a weapon with new animations and effects harder than making a new character with new animations and hit properties in a Bemu which is even more complicted because BEMUs are automatically multiplayer games for the most parts. Which means the balance is more important here than having Ryu spawning a huge dragon killing everything on screen (imagine this kind of "balancing" in a BEMU, lol). For a beat em up the devs have to think twice about what they can do without screwing other things of the game up. A quick made enemy type in an action game is easier to fix than a full fletched character in a fighter (if you make one too weak, others become stronger) simply because you mainly fight A.I. enemies in action games like NG.
I agree with the story and character development (personality etc) though.

i agree hayashi cant make a proper ninja gaiden game , he just takes what is made (like ninja gaiden 2 from itigaki ) and put sigma at the end of it and just tweak it .
to me he is like a modder . modders dont make games , they just tweak the already made games .

Modders? That's odd. They tried different things out (like the Katana only direction) and failed etc.
So that makes Capcom, for example, a modding company too, by ruining their own franchises, regardless of who the producer is.
And you are really surprised why I'm not surprised by the direction NG3 went and why I can stikk see some good points in it? Does that make automatically to a "wah wah wah it's all your fault" person. Seriously....

MG Rising, Raiden uses the Iai-jutsu style with the sword, and thats something Ryu cant even pull off at all.
NG2 UTs is what I expected to be real combos at this point but they still lack the intelligence of doing so, they even nerfed the hell out of the UT from NG2 to one-hit-kill teleport SOB, lazyness at its finest.
Thing is that NG has always been about variety and never about one-thing-only. You take away something that is a tradition and it will never be the same for those who followed it.
Hayashi should have never sacrificed the fans likes to newcomers, problem is, Hayashi is extremely uncreative with imagination, this is proof of that.
NG is all about weapons and expansive movelist, thats why veterans love the game.
There is absolutely nothing in NG3 that goes wow other than some super minor animation tweaks, but thats not even close to "great" as past NGs.
And majority hates NG3, but there is a small amount of people who likes it or think its ok games. Its obvious from the forums and youtube video comments.
Thank god this assclown isn't directing DOA5. There's still some hope there.
