HQ stream "issue"

hello there! I'm not sure if the problem is just for me or it's a bug but in the video player (both flash and html5) the cursor is not disappearing. Also I noticed that in the recent player the flash option is choppy, html5 runs smoothly. Used to it was awesome but nowadays I noticed that. Little inconvenient to download the files so I prefer the stream. Not a big deal, just saying. :) Anyways, if the problem is at your side then please fix it, if you are not fixing it then it's fine too, I'm still a happy visitor since xboxyde years :D

Both Flash and HTML5 runs smoothly here in 1080p 60fps. What are your specs and how fast is your internet connection?

Maybe clearing your web browsers cache, cookies and history might help...

My cursor is always visible as well so I guess it's like that for everyone.

I've always used the flash player and it was smooth few weeks ago. I have a midrange older PC, AMD Phenom with HD7770 VGA and 50mbps bandwidth but like I said, it was perfect before. With html5 it's perfect so it's not a huge deal. Which is bothering me is the cursor :D But I guess I will download the vids from here on out and time to time I check if the cursor thing is still present. Thanks the reply :)

The cursor thing is an issue with the latest version of JWPlayer. I'm currently evaluating moving to VideoJS, which would save us $75 a month, so far it's looking good but it's going to take at least a week.
As for Flash, no reason why the performance would be any different that I can think of. It's always been very random between html5 and flash depending on the browser and Flash version...

I don't care if it's flash or html5 until one of them is working. :) Great news, I hope it will be good because of the money saving, I know that you are on a tight budget. Thank you for the reply :)

Me again with a new issue.
When I want to watch an older video like this 2014 vid then the video does not start, after I press play an error icon shows up
